With so many events coming up in the next few weeks, I thought I’d send out some additional information that was left out of our regular newsletter! Please refer to this information for the month of February.Friday, Feb. 6th~ The book fair will arrive at school! The theme is “Reading Makes You a Star!” It will be here until Feb. 16th.
Monday, 2/9~ Family Math and Science Night from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Look for the blue flyer that was sent home on the 5th for more information. It is also Family Night for the Book Fair!
Tuesday, 2/10~ Over the Top Tuesday! Children may dress in Hollywood attire and/or characters from a movie that originated as a book.
Wednesday, 2/11~ Grand Guest Stars! Children may invite grandparents or other special guests to share breakfast or lunch with them and visit the Book Fair afterwards.
Thursday, 2/12~ Valentine’s Day party at 1:45! If your child would like to bring valentines for the class, please give assistance to be sure one is included for everyone. A class list is going home on Friday. Please send $2.00 to help cover the expenses of the party when you can. If you are interested in helping out, please let me know!
Feb. 13 & 16~ School Holidays
Thursday, 2/19~ Progress Reports will go home.
