Hello, Spring!
We have been so busy in our classroom! Spring Break has arrived at just the right time for us to rest and rejuvenate for the remainder of our year together!
Important Dates:
April 9~ Return to school
April 15~ Deadline to turn in permission slips and school lunch requests for our zoo trip
April 18~ Poem in Your Pocket Day
April 22-25~ MAP testing for first grade
April 24~ Early Release day for students
April 29~ All field trip money due ($8.50 per person)
May 3~ Field trip to the Greenville Zoo
100 Book Challenge~
Our students are becoming better readers every day! Although we celebrate our 100 Book Challenge steps on our weekly newsletter, I thought it would be nice to recognize our whole class status at this time! We have many more days to read and grow and learn! How far will you go?
